Universidad Siglo 21 foundation

1999
- Universidad Siglo 21 begins enrollment for its first owned graduate program.
2000
- Universidad Siglo 21 launches its Distance Learning Model.
2004
- Universidad Siglo 21 opens its University Campus after a masterplan designed by Cesar Pelli.
- Universidad Siglo 21 opens its Business School and Graduate School.
2006
- We signed a strategic Alliance with Whitney International University System.
- Siglo 21 develops the EPIC SAM multimedia platform and launches the Distributed Education model, with continuous exponential growth to date.
2008
- MECA (Multimedia E-Learning Content Area) is born, a multimedia content production company for educational institutions.
2010
- Siglo 21 forms a network with more than 200 Learning Centers throughout Argentina.
2014
- Siglo 21 launches the Home Distributed Education 100% online platform, with collaborative work tools.
2015
- Capabilia is born, 100% online platform of lifelong learning programs.
- Universidad Siglo 21 builds Experimenta 21, a cutting-edge technological education building.
- Capabilia + Barcelona Soccer Club partnership to launch the Barça Innovation Hub training platform.
2016
- Universidad Siglo 21 launches the first 100% virtual MBA with official accreditation in Argentina.
2017
- Social Learning SRL is created, and Teclab is launched, the first 100% online technical institute in Argentina, offering 12 online programs in the Capital City and province of Buenos Aires.
- Teclab reaches 6 Argentine provinces with its offering.
2018
- Partnering with Fligoo, EdMachina is born. Artificial Intelligence solutions for educational institutions using MIT’s patented technology.
- Bitlogic is introduced. An end-to-end software development company that focuses on solutions for educational institutions.
- Social Learning SRL creates the Instituto Profesional Providencia – Providence Professional Institute (IPP) with more than 40 programs and 26 Centers in Chile.
- Capabilia reaches 145 countries around the world, with active students in all 5 continents.
- Universidad Siglo 21 – Siglo 21 University consolidates as the most selected private university in Argentina, with more than 60 000 students, 800 professors, 150 training programs and 350 centers.
2019
- Capabilia reaches 350 courses in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
- IPP creates its Student Services Center for admissions and student care and completes a full management restructuring process.
- Capabilia strategically partners with universities in Latin America, Russia, Spain, Israel, and Singapore.
- Capabilia signs an agreement with Deloitte to produce and distribute IT security programs worldwide.
2020
- MECA and a team of more than 50 professionals shoot more than 3,000 yearly productions for educational institutions.
- IPP launches a program co-created with Amazon (AWS).
- Teclab reaches all provinces in Argentina with its offering portfolio.
- In the middle of the pandemic, Klarway is born to develop its own Proctoring system for remote academic testing supervision.
- The corporate support team for the units of the R’Evolution Education Group is constituted.
2021
- Strategic agreement with Virtual Ed Spain to market the software of the R’Evolution Education Group companies.
2022
- We signed a strategic alliance with CEREM International Business School Spain.
2023
- We launch Onmex Instituto Superior Universitario in México.
